RETURN POLICY

Defect:
We do everything to make sure your order arrives safely. As these are handmade items and will not be 100% perfect. Earrings will not look exactly identical like a mould for wire bending design. However, please rest assured we take pride in our works and will ensure the items are almost identical in size and shape, in good condition (all findings and beads are intact, no stain, etc.), in satisfactory finishes before we send out to customers. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to let us know the problem.
